Tim Venverloh is the VP, Sustainability Strategy for the United Soybean Board (USB). He has nearly 30 years of experience in the agricultural, pharmaceutical, and oil and gas industries. At USB, Tim develops and implements strategic direction to create high impact, value, and return on investment in the area of sustainability. Previously, was with Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) as their Director of Global Sustainability where he was responsible for the development of the 15x20 Plan, focusing on operating intensity reduction, responsible sourcing programs, and the development and implementation of ADM’s first No Deforestation and Human Rights Policies. While at Sigma-Aldrich (now Merck), Tim was the Director of Environmental, Health and Safety and was the company’s first Corporate Director of Sustainable Development. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri University of Science and Technology) and earned a MBA from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois.
